Nakaugalian na talaga ng mga mga tao lalo ng mga pinoy ang maghanda ng iba't-ibang pagkaen tuwing sasapit ang pasko at bagong taon. May main dish, dessert, at fruits pa. Pero kami hindi naman kami bongga maghanda, kung ano lang mkayanan ihanda pwede na basta sama-sama kaming pamilya. (wew, haha)

Here's some ways kung paano iprepare ang mga different foods for Noche Buena at Media Noche.

Italian dried spaghetti is made from durum wheat semolina, but outside of Italy it may be made with other kinds of flour. Pinoy Spaghetti, this version of Spaghetti requires the use of sugar, hotdogs, and banana catsup. It might some peculiar to some but these ingredients brings up a whole new flavor that is totally Filipino.

       5. Carbonara - Carbonara is an Italian sauce for pasta which appears to have emerged at some point after the Second World War. There are two distinct versions of carbonara, one made in Italy and one made in the United States. Both integrate similar ingredients, although the American version is much richer than the Italian version. The core ingredients for carbonara are pancetta, a mixture of cheeses, eggs, and freshly cracked black pepper. Americans add cream to their carbonara, and sometimes use other cured meats, such as bacon.
